ENTRY SYSTEM:
PLEASE NOTE: ENTRY HOURS FOR ALL CPRA 1ST SANCTIONED RODEOS
Entry: Mondays from 10:00AM TO 5:00PM & Tuesdays from 9:00AM TO 4:00PM
Late Entries: Wednesdays from 9:00AM TO 2:00PM (As needed to fill perfs)
All straight CPRA & CPRA 1st Approved Rodeo entries will be taken by Rodeo Sports Network @ (337) 42-RODEO which translates to (337) 427-6336 & online at www.rodeosportsnetwork.com (please contact the office for your login and password to register your account)

Check the fines list before you enter.  Entries will not be accepted if you are on the fines list. 
Fines must be paid through the CPRA office. 
Have your information ready on all the entries you will be entering.  Do not ask the operator to hold while you search for card numbers or social security numbers of others you are entering. You will have a 1st preference backed with a 2nd preference on a 1st come 1st serve basis (Card holders will have preference over permit entries).You will need your CPRA card number or the last four digits of your SS#.  
Be prepared to write down your confirmation number.  If you have a problem with your entry and failed to write your confirmation number do not call for assistance.  We can only review your entry by your confirmation number. Only four entries per call will be accepted.

CPRA draw will be posted at www.rodeosportsnetwork.com. 

Once the books have closed there will be no draw outs.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE DAYSHEETS TO CONFIRM THE PERFORMANCE OR SLACK YOU ARE ENTERED IN. 
Call the CPRA office if you have any questions, however, please note that no entries will be taken through the CPRA office.

FINALS QUALIFICATIONS:
To be eligible to compete at the CPRA Finals you must be a member in good standing and meet the rodeo count requirements for your specific event.
Rough Stock Events (BB,SB,BR) must compete at 10 CPRA Rodeos of which 5 must be CPRA first approved rodeos within the season year.
Steer Wrestling, Tie Down Roping, Breakaway Roping, Barrel Racing (SW,CR,GBK,GBR) must compete at 10 CPRA Rodeos of which 7 must be CPRA first approved rodeos within the season year.
Team Roping (TR) must compete at 15 CPRA Rodeos of which 8 must be CPRA first approved rodeos within the season year.

FINES:
Contestants must pay all fines before entering a rodeo.  Fines must be paid in the CPRA office before your entry can be taken. All fines must be paid with cash, money order, or credit card (Master Card or Visa). Payment with a credit card will have a $5.00 service charge added. No checks will be accepted by the association for a fine. CPRA members and non-members, if you enter a CPRA or CPRA first approved rodeo and turn out you will be fined your entry fees plus $25.00 . Notified turn-out are not accepted.

VET/DOCTOR RELEASES:
Contestants are entitled to a total of two (2) releases per year.  Contestants may use two of either Vet or Doctor releases, or one of each. Releases must be in the CPRA office within seven (7) business days after the last performance.  The release must state the contestants name, CPRA card number, and the rodeo from which you are releasing.

ENTRY FEES:  
All fees MUST be paid in CASH.  No checks will be accepted.
